Our vision is to create a generation of well rounded, ethical leaders who are prepared to face the challenges of tomorrow. Through E.L.I.T.E., We aim to inspire and develop young people (boys & Girls) who will make a positive impact in their communities and the world, leading with integrity, resilience, and a forward-thinking mindset.

1. MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS
- Understanding mental health, and recognizing the signs of mental health issues and the importance of seeking help.
- Coping Mechanisms, teaching healthy ways to manage stress, anxiety, and depression.
- Mindfulness and self-care techniques to maintain mental and emotional balance.
2. SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL LITERACY
- Digital footprint, such as the impact of online behavior on future opportunities.
- Cyberbullying and online safety, and handling negative interactions and maintaining respect online.
- Balancing screen time, and managing the effects of social media and technology on mental health and productivity.
3. IDENTITY AND SELF-CONFIDENCE
- Self-discovery, and exploring personal strengths, values, passions, and vision.
- Body image and media influence, through navigating societal pressures and developing a positive self-image.
- Cultural identity and inclusion, and embracing diversity and understanding the importance of inclusivity.
